We are proud to be bringing to our customers this locally-made pork jerky. To get this product to you as fresh as possible, please bear in mind that it's a made-to-order item only.

Catering to strong demand and requests (and we must add humbly, on the back of the popularity of the Minced Bakwa we currently are famed for; even recently recommended in the press by online Broadsheet lifestyle content creators with 3 million readership monthly) from regular patrons, we at Roastdfunkd have re-created the popular traditional Lee Bakwa Sliced Pork Jerky.

These are premium cuts of pork thigh lovingly marinated and cured in the traditional ingredients and spices. Given the smaller cuts are made from a larger portion, the final pieces are irregular in shape and size, which also lends to their unique characteristics (not as uniform as the minced version). Then, similar to the minced version, it is charred/barbequed expertly to perfection with regular basting, resulting in a mouthfeel experience not only for its smokiness but a slightly firmer yet tender bite...and those caramelised umami charred end-bits...hmmm makes for an unforgettable and nostalgic explosion of flavours you will remember from days of old...you will find yourself reaching for more...if there’s any left!

NOTE: The recipe contains soy & alcohol; although peanuts are not part of the recipe, it may contain traces of this.
