This is Lingham's Chilli Sauce with garlic. As the original, it is quite heavy in sugar. You'll taste a mix of sweet, sour, salty, and a mild hotness but it isn't as nicely balanced due to the garlic. The garlic is really dominant in taste and puts the rest of the sauce into the background.
