Riding on the fame & popularity of the Pork Lee Bakwa from numerous feedback from our diehard followers and fans who compare our little company to much larger and older organisations producing bakwa in Malaysia & Singapore, we are proud to introduce a new addition to the line-up in our authentic Malaysian Beef Bakwa in both Original & Chilli (the latter, like the Pork Bakwa, can be customised to varying levels of spiciness, levels 1-3 in ascending order of heat). The beef bakwa is smokey and juicy, with custom charring capturing the umami-ness of these jerky pieces and the usual beautiful gamey beef flavour.

The product comes packed in hyper-hygienic vacuum-sealed packaging for optimum freshness and extensive guidelines on how to prepare and consume. It comes in four flavours - original, level 1, level 2 and level 3.

No artificial food colouring nor any preservatives are used in the making of this product - sourced from all-natural produce

NOTE: the recipe contains soy & alcohol - although peanuts are not part of the recipe, it may contain traces of this.
