Lee Bakwa Premium XO Pork Jerky (Malaysian Petaling Street-Style Bakwa/Long-Yoke) is deeply marinated and cured to perfection, expertly BBQ’d, and added a wonderfully smoky aroma finished off with yummy charred bits and level one spiciness! 🌶️ This traditional ready-to-eat snack uses a 34-year-old family recipe and goes beautifully paired with your favourite beverage. Perfect as a gift for your family, friends and business partners.

The product comes packed in hyper-hygienic vacuum-sealed packaging for optimum freshness and extensive guidelines on how to prepare and consume it. It comes in four flavours - original, level 1, level 2 and level 3.

No artificial food colouring nor any preservatives are used in the making of this product - sourced from all-natural produce, from premium cuts of leg and shoulder.

NOTE: the recipe contains soy & alcohol - although peanuts are not part of the recipe, it may contain traces of this.

Almost there ...

It's very close to the original ones you get in Malaysia but I guess nothing beats the original. Still very tasty though.

This product is very tasty and very moreish

Taste is excellent.
However the beef jerky is very disappointing as its tough&tasteless. I think they are not using the best beef cuts .....

Warmed up well after following instructions, very tender and quite good eating. As I came from Malaysia, the taste, although pretty good does not have the same oomph as the ones in Kuala Lumpur Chinatown. However, the best I have tasted in Australia.

I first tried this style of jerky in Hong Kong back in 2011.. I have been looking for it ever since here in Australia...
Slightly sweet bbq in flavour there are 3 levels of spicy.. I always go for the original...
It's ground beef or pork that is pressed into sheets and flame grilled.. warm it is so tender. If you try to eat it cold the port has a slightly more solid texture about it.. a quick slide into a 130° oven for about 5 mins being it up to a warm temp and a more tender bite .
Slice and add it to fried rice or a tossed green salad 🥗. The flavour is to die for.. without having to do the dying part. ENJOI ❤️🌹 any time of year.. 😋🤤
